How are the fine art prints framed?

Our prints are custom-framed using premium wood moldings and UV-protected acrylic to ensure long-lasting preservation of the artwork's color and quality.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As our fine art prints are made-to-order, they are final sale and cannot be returned. However, lifestyle products may be returned within 30 days if they are in original condition.

How can I track the progress of my shipment?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

Are the photographs digitally altered?

Gray Malin's photography captures real-life moments and installations. While minimal color correction is applied for print quality, the scenes themselves are authentic captures.
